- Is there any need to assess with the team how well we are doing with paying attention to what matters most and to get the concept of controlling what we can control?
- Do I need to bring clarity to the entire team about what makes each one of them valuable so that we can be confident that we truly are playing to our strengths?
- Does the team need me to reinforce why we choose to think the way we do and why we spend so much time on working on having a properly prepared mindset?
- Would I want me for a coach right now – am I seeing things clearly – am I motivating or de-motivating people right now?
- Has my follow through thought been matching the things I have been saying to my team members or have I been saying positive things and then in turn thinking really negative things?
